Who We’re Looking For

Lead Garden Maintenance Specialist

We are looking for a Lead Garden Maintenance Specialist to join our growing landscaping team. This role involves taking responsibility for the ongoing care of private and commercial gardens, ensuring they are kept to the our highest standards throughout the seasons. 

The successful candidate will be expected to lead a small team, plan and oversee daily maintenance tasks, and liaise with clients on site when required. 

Duties include lawn care, pruning, hedge cutting, trimming, seasonal planting, weed control, soil improvement, mulching, and general upkeep of landscaped areas.

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in garden or landscape maintenance (minimum 2–3 years).

  • Strong plant knowledge, especially ornamental, evergreen, and seasonal planting.

  • Ability to lead and motivate a small team on site.

  • Skilled in the safe use of garden machinery (hedge trimmers, mowers, strimmers, blowers, etc.).

  • Full driving license (B/E category desirable).

  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently with attention to detail.

  • Reliable, hardworking, and flexible with a positive attitude.

Lead Hard Landscaper

We are seeking an experienced Hard Landscape Foreman to lead our landscaping team on high-quality garden builds and commercial projects. This role involves overseeing site operations, coordinating a small team, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, to specification, and to the highest standards. Tasks include setting out and constructing patios, retaining walls, raised beds, pergolas, fencing, drainage, pathways, and other hard landscape features. The foreman will be responsible for supervising labourers, liaising with clients and management, and maintaining site health & safety.

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in hard landscaping/construction, with strong skills in paving, stonework, concrete, timber/woodwork, and general construction.

  • Previous experience as a team leader, foreman, or similar supervisory role.

  • Ability to read plans and set out works accurately.

  • Skilled in the safe use of machinery and power tools (mini digger, saws, compactor, etc.).

  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.

  • Good communication skills with both vendors and team members.

  • Full clean driving licence (B/E category an advantage).

  • Must be reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.

  • Safepass and manual handling.
