Quotations, Orders & Contracts

Services
All services offered by Hortiland are confirmed through a written quotation or agreement. Quotations outline the scope of works, estimated timelines, and pricing.
A project start date is secured once a booking fee has been paid and confirmed. By accepting a quotation, paying a booking fee, or confirming works in writing, you agree to proceed under Hortiland’s service terms and acknowledge that the full Terms & Conditions issued with your quotation take precedence over this website summary.

Any changes requested after a quotation has been issued, or once works have commenced, may result in adjustments to pricing, scope, and completion timelines.

Products (Webshop)
When the Hortiland webshop is live, all product orders will be subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

A binding contract for products is formed only once an order confirmation has been issued. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are in Euro (€) and exclude applicable taxes and delivery charges.

Payments & Booking Fees

A booking fee may be required to secure a project start date. Once a date has been reserved, booking fees are generally non-refundable, as time, labour, and resources are allocated to your project.

Specific payment terms, including deposits, staged payments, or balances due, will be clearly outlined in your quotation and accompanying Terms & Conditions.

Cancellations & Changes

If a project is postponed or cancelled, cancellation charges may apply. Any materials already ordered or costs already committed for your project may also be payable.

Detailed cancellation terms are provided with your quotation and will apply once accepted.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate information regarding site conditions and preferences
Ensuring safe and clear access to the work area
Securing any required permissions, consents, or permits
Providing access to utilities such as water or electricity where required

Quality, Warranties & Maintenance

We take pride in the quality of our work. Any warranties or guarantees relating to planting or hard landscaping will be clearly outlined in your quotation and post-completion documentation, along with recommended maintenance guidelines.

Failure to follow maintenance guidance may affect warranty validity.

Liability

While every effort is made to deliver work safely and to a high standard, Hortiland cannot be held liable for delays or issues caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, site access issues, or existing ground conditions.

Hortiland carries appropriate insurance for the services we provide.
